Biography
George Valentino, famously known as The Royal Celebrity Psychic and Spiritualist, is a third-generation psychic, medium, and astrology expert with a legacy rooted in the rich traditions of East London. Born in the late 1970s and raised in Whitechapel, George’s spiritual journey began early—guided by his mother, the iconic “Psychic Big Ang,” and a long line of mystics dating back to the late 1800s.
His mother, Big Ang, was a petite but powerful figure in the spiritual scene of the 1960s. A tailor on London’s famed Savile Row and one of the first Greek Cypriot women in London to study Indian, Romany, and African divination techniques, she built a strong reputation for her coffee cup readings, palmistry, tea leaf interpretations, and Tarot work. Known for her integrity, she maintained strict client confidentiality, famously saying:
“It’s down to the sitter to say who they’ve had a reading with—never the reader.”
George grew up in a home filled with spiritual energy—candles, incense, and sacred symbols from various world religions. While his natural psychic ability was nurtured from childhood, his father, a Greek musician and wedding caterer, instilled in him the values of business and hard work. By age 16, George was already performing as a drummer with well-known Greek artists.
In his twenties, George expanded the family’s dry cleaning and key-cutting business in West London, where he also began offering readings. Meanwhile, his passion for science led him to a role as an erosion airframe specialist at Inflite Aviation. There, he helped pioneer a now-certified Anti-Erosion Aircraft Kit for the BAe 146, which remains an industry standard. Tragedy reshaped George’s path when his mother passed away following a short illness. The loss prompted him to step away from business, sell his properties, and travel the world to refine his spiritual practice.
